LootLens tells you what an item is worth before you buy it. Point your camera at something, and it identifies the item and shows you a resale price range with the selling fees and shipping already taken off.
If something is wrong, or you want your data, a person reads every message sent to the address below.
Contact us
We aim to reply within two business days. Include your account email and, if you are writing about a specific item, the item name as it appears in your Stash.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone app are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled through Apple rather than through us. We cannot cancel or refund an Apple subscription on your behalf.
- On your iPhone or iPad: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then LootLens, then Cancel Subscription.
- Or open Manage your Apple subscriptions and choose LootLens.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. For a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem, which is the only route Apple provides.
If you subscribed on the web instead of in the app, email us and we will cancel it for you.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This removes your account, your Stash and your scan history, and it cannot be undone.
If you cannot reach that screen, email us from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We will remove your record and confirm when it is done.
Request your data
Email us from the address on your account and ask for a copy of your data. We will send you what we hold, which is your account details, your saved items and your scan history.
A scan looks wrong
Prices come from live marketplace listings and move with the market, so two scans of the same item on different days can differ. If an item was identified as the wrong thing, email us the item name and we will look at it.
